SOCIAL MEDIA ACTION PLAN

Your intention: inspire curiosity and engagement.

Get new interest AND keep your existing customers and Brand Partners inspired. You don’t need to publicly mention “Purium” or any product names to promote this event. 

In both product and business AVOID saying your company name. Create enough curiosity where someone is forced to ask you. What company are you with? It keeps you in control of your business! Call it a 30-day life reset (business-friendly), 30-day weight loss, a gut-support program, a healthy hormone or sleep plan...call it whatever you want, but don’t call it Purium!

Here is what you need to AVOID when posting:

  1. Always posting about your product or company and using the company name. (People will unfollow you. People will get bored. And they will avoid you!)
  2. Over-posting. Post 2 times per day max. Anything over that and FB/IG will start to see you as spam.
  3. Not being consistent. You are 3 feet from GOLD. It takes time to build an audience, so don't give up. Give it time and stick to the plan.
  4. Sharing too many videos not relevant to your audience. (Think before you share.)
  5. Posting within the same hour. You are not allowing your friends to see your posts. Before they can see the first one, you are hitting them with another. Not good. Post in am and pm to avoid this. 

1: Do a countdown (create your own urgency!)

Even when Purium isn't offering a major sales event, there are lots of reasons why you may want to do a countdown: 

  • CLEANSE: Are you starting a ULT? Or is your team leading a Group Transformation?  Do a countdown to inspire others to join.
  • LIVE VIDEOS: Create some buzz and excitement for your Widen Your Reach Lives. Plan your presentation so you can give teasers and set the expectation for your followers. 

2: Post Curiosity Posts (both feed and/or stories)

Add polls, meters and quizzes to increase engagement. 

  • ENTERTAINMENT POSTS: Think of the Kardashians. Why do so many women love/hate them? Because they are entertaining. Be silly, have fun and be you!
  • EMPOWER POSTS: We want to empower and inspire people with quotes and meanings to us about the quote. Share your story that goes with the quote you are sharing. Let people into your world. Share your new 30-day commitment to yourself.
  • EDUCATIONAL POSTS: Sharing the facts and science about wellness, nutrition, fitness, environment, economy, trends, habits, etc. will build your credibility. People need to know you are learning and are a credible source. But try to stay neutral by posing questions with your facts, like “What do you think about this…?”
  • PRODUCT SUCCESS STORIES: We have a ton! You can caption it with “It’s SO rewarding to see so many of my friends transforming!”  
  • PERSONAL POSTS: Daily life, family, kids, friends, night out, shopping, hobbies etc. What makes you YOU? You had a life before Purium so show people who you are. 

3: Go Live (Widen Your Reach)

Widen Your Reach! This is your tv show. Let your audience in and make them feel a part of your life. Entertain, educate, and empower to increase the engagement from your audience.

4a: Follow-Up Scripts for Product/Customer Prospects 

BE SURE TO READ & EDIT THE SCRIPTS BEFORE SENDING. Make it personal. Include their name, ask questions about them. This is not just about selling your products, it’s about building a relationship. 

Goals for Customer Prospects: Get at least 10 prospects on the ULT Mega Zoom (Wednesday) or on a 3 way messenger thread with your Enroller/Upline Leader.

Product Script 1: Start an empathetic conversation about health, routine, wellness, etc. Guide the conversation around a 30-day reset in mind.

"Hey There! Hope you are having an awesome day. Thanks for liking (or commenting or responding)! Have you been able to easily create healthy routines during this crazy time?

Product Script 2a: Listen to their response to know which way to respond.

If they say “yes!”

OMG! That’s amazing. I’m also loving my new health routine. I’ve been blown away by the results, too. I am down XXX, my appetite is in control and I have so much clean clear-headed energy. What are your health goals right now?

If they say “no”

OMG! I know exactly how you feel. I was feeling so tired, wasn’t sleeping and my mood was super dark. However, a friend of mine invited me to do a cleanse and I’ve been blown away by the results! I am down XXX, my appetite is in control and I have so much clean clear-headed energy. I would LOVE to share details. What are your health goals right now?” 

Product Script 3: Remember to listen. Your response will depend on their response. Keep in mind: an objection is just a lack of information. Just continue to ask questions to find the information they are looking for.

"Thank you so much for sharing. “My friends and I are doing an Ultimate Lifestyle Transformation. The system inhibits fat storage, helps you build lean muscle mass, helps curb your appetite, gives you clean energy, mental clarity and an overall sense of well-being. It eliminates toxins for maximum fat burning!! What are you doing Wednesday? I would LOVE for you  to come with me to this super fun and educational virtual event (with prizes)! Can I send you the Eventbrite link?”

Product Script 4: Once you share the Eventbrite link, be sure to confirm and let them know a few special details:

“I’m so excited! Also, I have a gift code for you that will give you 25% off the ULT ($100 off)!  It works out to be $11 a day (2 organic meals plus your supplements). You will be amazed how much you actually save. So let’s chat after the event. What’s your phone number?”

After the Mega Zoom Event: Call them and ask them what they thought. LISTEN to their reaction and let them know:

  • Build trust for hesitant prospects: “No pressure! I am just super excited about my transformation and want to share this experience."
  • Share the opportunity for the ones who are ready: “Do you want to get your own referral code so you could join the Purium team and make money on every referral?”
  • Be patient with business prospects and invite them to learn more: “What are you doing Friday? I think you would LOVE the business event with Purium’s owners, can I send you the zoom link?” 

4b Follow-Up : Follow-Up Scripts for Business/Brand Partner Prospects 

Goals for Brand Partner Prospects: Get at least 10 prospects on the Biz Opp or on a 3 way messenger thread with your Enroller/Upline Leader.

Business Script 1: Remember to stay OPEN. Timing is everything. The most important piece of this is building a relationship with trust and empathy. 

“Hey XXXX. Thx for the love on some of my posts I appreciate it. I really love your page and vibe! Have you found positive life transformation  during this crazy time?”

Business Script 2: Listen to their response to know which way to respond.

If they say “yes!”

OMG! That’s amazing. I’m also loving my new life. Not only from a mind, body and soul standpoint, but my financial growth has been mind-blowing. I am working with an organic superfoods company and it’s been a blessing. I have no idea if you keep your income options open but I now work from home, anywhere I have a phone or wifi. I stand proudly for a company that is making a difference in the world and the best part of what I do is I get to choose the people in my circle. I’ve always admired you and thought you would be fun to work with.  Are you open to chatting more and collaborating? ?

If they say “no”

OMG! I know exactly how you feel. I worked a lot of long hours and spent a lot of time away from my family. It was rewarding financially but I was missing out on moments that mattered to me. Business Script 3: 

If they are interested in talking then great!!! If not, then thank them again for liking your posts and say please keep cheering me on, it's so nice to be connected.  DON'T PRESSURE THEM.  You want people that want to work with you.  And if this isn't the right time for them, just stay connected and build relationships.  You never know when the right time might be!

If they are interested in talking: Ask for the number and set up a time to chat on the phone. Invite to the next Business Opportunity Zoom with Dave & Amy. 

Follow-Up after your Phone Call: 

Hey XXX! Thank you so much for the chat. I would LOVE to work with you! Can I call you after the zoom so I can hear your thoughts? I think you will love the vibe! Here is the link to the zoom:. 

After the Biz Opp Zoom: Call them and ask them what they thought. LISTEN to their reaction and find a way to connect them to a 3-way call:

  • Inspire with Success Stories:“There are SO many success stories that are both business and health. Here a few of my favorites (choose from the Success Stories Google Doc). In fact, my friend (Insert name) is SUPER knowledgeable and has been doing this a lot longer.  I’m going to pop us into a 3 way chat so they can share their personal story, too!
  • Be patient with their questions: “That’s a really great question! My friend (Insert name) is SUPER knowledgeable and has been doing this a lot longer. I want to make sure I get you the correct answer so I’m going to pop us into a 3 way chat!” 
  • For Business Prospects who need more financial information:Let’s be blunt. Seriously, 6 customers will cover your initial investment and your monthly Smart Order.”  
    • Order your ULT $329
    • Help 6 customers order their ULT $329 x 6 = $1,975 in sales. 20% commission = $394.80
    • $50 bonus for $k club achieved
    • Break it down further: 3 Customers in your first week (with Smart Order) and you will achieve the rank of consultant. $100 BONUS
    • Get 3 more customers in your second week with Smart Order and you will now be qualified at the rank of DIRECTOR. $400 BONUS
