As a Brand Partner, you begin as a leader to customers; a master in massive production and educating customers. When your business grows, there is a shift in what responsibilities you must take on while helping others lead their businesses. Take a look at your team, and ask yourself: “Who are leaders? Do they have leaders under them?”
