As a Brand Partner, you begin as a leader to customers; a master in massive production and educating customers. When your business grows, there is a shift in what responsibilities you must take on while helping others lead their businesses. Take a look at your team, and ask yourself: “Who are leaders? Do they have leaders under them?”  

Know your stance within your team, and acknowledge that you are now leading new Brand Partners run their own businesses. In order for those leaders to have success, they have to know how to lead their own team. This is where you become a leader of leaders.
