It’s one thing to set goals, it’s another to do the work to reach them. It’s up to you to figure out the best ways to go from ideas to action. From guest driven events to team building calls, being proactive will keep you motivated and limit distractions throughout the next 90 days.

Managing the Holiday Season

As we reach November and December, we reach the times of the year where people take time off to spend with their family or to simply recharge. To account for this, make your end of the month BEFORE the holidays. So for November, you want to reach goals no later than the 24th and for December, make it the 23rd. The holiday season will be much more enjoyable for you and your team if you aren’t stressing about end of month goals.

With all the holidays coming up, it’s critical you master your calendar. Taking charge of your calendar is a choice and scheduling out time to navigate the Holiday season can make this quarter truly spectacular!
